Dance, Broker-Owner.  She had the vision to bring together like-minded REALTORS and created a culture driven by respect, professionalism and support.  Currently, we have a team of 42 REALTORS with three convenient locations serving both Volusia and Flagler Counties specializing in both sales and rentals.  We continuously strive to defy mediocrity and deliver extraordinary experiences in all of our customer interactions and have been recognized by the Century 21 system with the Quality Service Pinnacle Office award since 1997.  This is a direct result of feedback from our customers regarding our level of service.  

We are members of four area Boards of REALTORS including Flagler, Daytona Beach, West Volusia and New Smyrna Beach. CENTURY 21 Sundance Realty also belongs to one of the largest referral networks generating quality leads from around the globe.
